Software firm wins £6.5m worth of contracts


Leeds-based field service management software company BigChange signed over 80 new customers and contracts worth over £6.5million between July and September 2022.

The value of new contracts signed over the summer has more than doubled compared to the same period of 2021.

New customers include central heating specialists Warmaway, engineering firm Forth and Envirocare, which replaced four different administrative systems with BigChange’s task management solution to streamline the organization of its commercial gardening and gardening operations. grounds maintenance.

BigChange also secured its first customer in Canada over the summer, adding to a growing international customer base of over 200 companies in France, Cyprus and Australia.

Fifteen customers have extended their existing contracts, including a council in the north of England, where 1,500 employees use BigChange’s software in their day-to-day operations.

The Yorkshire-based company’s task management system is designed to enable small and medium-sized businesses to digitize paper-based processes, streamline field service operations and improve customer service.

It is now used by nearly 2,000 organizations worldwide.
