Implement/facilitate training and development interventions
Source candidates
Onboard new recruits
Coach and mentor employees where possible
Create and manage a formal performance review process
Design, propose and implement human resources strategies, guidelines and procedures within the framework of general principles and policies to meet requirements supporting short and long term business needs
Provide local insight into company guidelines and procedures and manage administration and implementation with respect to employee training and development programs, salary structure, performance reviews and recognition, compensation and benefit plans
Ensure compliance of company practices with applicable labor legislation and collective labor agreements
Assist in the articulation of organizational values ​​and culture
Work with the CEO, COO and CTO to identify HR issues/problems and provide leadership and support in finding solutions
Organize and oversee HR/Personnel departments to ensure that highly qualified personnel are recruited, developed and motivated to achieve company objectives
Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of local payroll via an external service provider
Manage relationships with external recruitment firms
Write and post technical job descriptions
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
Conduct screening calls to analyze candidates’ abilities
Interview candidates using a combination of various methods
Write and send personalized recruitment emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Write job offer letters
Perform job and task analyzes to document job duties and requirements


B.Sc in Human Resource Management or relevant degree
5 years of experience as Head of People in FinTech
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
5 years of experience in training and development
Fluent English.
