International software business brings growth to Lancashire

A London-based international business automation software company has chosen Lancashire as the location for a new customer-oriented division to support the company’s growth and expansion plans.

Zigaflow’s new office on Shuttleworth Mead Business Park in Padiham, Burnley, will be the base for the company’s sales, marketing, customer service and training teams, while the existing headquarters in central London will remain the core software development teams.

Tim Randall, CEO of Zigaflow, said: “To support our expansion plans, we were looking for a location where there is a large pool of candidates with the diverse skills that we are looking for across different industries.

“Our new base is not only ideal from a recruiting point of view, but it is also very well located in terms of accessibility and has plenty of room for our future growth.”

Specializing in software that helps growing businesses streamline and automate processes, Zigaflow has set up the new customer-oriented division to improve and expand the service and support provided to users of the software.

Euan Aitken, Director of Sales and Marketing at Zigaflow, said, “We believe software as a service should be exactly what it says on the tin – not just software, but a fully managed service with a customer interaction every step of the way, and that’s exactly what we deliver.

“Zigaflow has always been 100% focused on growing businesses by simplifying their processes and expanding our team in direct contact with customers, which reinforces this approach. “

Following a number of recent appointments, additional positions are also currently available in the IT, telemarketing and creative fields.

Euan added, “We are constantly on the lookout for great people to join the team and pride ourselves on offering good quality, well paying jobs with incredible prospects for the people of the region. Anyone interested, contact us!
