EPM Group, backed by Literacy Capital, has completed the acquisition of a Queen’s Award winning transportation software company.
3Squared, based in Sheffield, aims to enable the transport industry to become safer, greener and more efficient through digitization.
The company’s flagship software application suite, RailSmart, is designed to help passengers, freight operating companies and suppliers to the rail industry increase their productivity while reducing risk and costs.
EPM, formed in 1986 and based in Bromsgrove, provides software to help bus operators and transport authorities reduce operating costs, improve financial performance and better serve their customers. She is also a BSOG (Bus Service Operators Grant) auditor and concessional reimbursement consultant.
